What hardware do I need?
Mac Mini (M1 or later), any Linux machine, a VPS (DigitalOcean, Hetzner), or even a Raspberry Pi 5. We'll advise on the best option for your use case.
Do you need access to my machine?
Yes, we need SSH access during setup. We can walk you through creating a temporary user, or use your preferred remote access method. All credentials are deleted after setup.
What about API costs?
You'll need an Anthropic API key ($5-20/month typical usage). We help you set it up and configure cost controls. The agent runs on your hardware — no hosting fees.
Can I customize it after setup?
Absolutely. Everything is in plain text files on your machine. SOUL.md, AGENTS.md, skills — it's all editable. We also show you how during the walkthrough.
What if something breaks?
Starter includes 7 days email support. Professional includes 14 days priority support. Our $49/month ongoing plan covers maintenance and troubleshooting indefinitely.
